One of the most important activities of the YourJob project is counselling, and through this activity a young 19-year-old student,Taulant Peci expressed his tremendous interest about trainings that our project offers.

Taulant- is so eager to learn and improve his skills in IT, he has heard for the first time about Your Job project on social media.

After that, he has contacted me by phone and we met at the office of Caritas Kosova in the municipality of Mitrovica, where he has had the opportunity to get acquainted with our project and to be oriented in the right field. Despite his great desire to attend any of the trainings about IT, he did not have the chance yet, since it was impossible to cover the expenses by himself, since he never got the chance to work.

During the counselling visit, I noticed that he really wants to expand his knowledge in IT and during the first counselling meeting he made so many questions about the trainings that have to do with coding, such as Python. I oriented him in this field and recommended to him that he could attend “BIT Academy Training, so this could contribute in his development towards the field he is so much interested.

What we call success is that after these tips and our willingness to offer training opportunities at any company, during the counselling meeting, Taulant with the support of continuous tips, is thankful and appreciative for opportunities offered by this project.

This beneficiary of counselling declares that “All young people who are at such a crossroads as me should visit the offices of Your Job of Caritas Kosova to benefit from these amazing project products, which really help young jobseekers to prepare for the labor market”.
