An additional activity for the jobseekers was the training “Designing and writing of Project Proposal”. Due to a high number of interested participants and by respecting the restrictions on Covid 19, the two days training has been organized online by involving 28 beneficiaries from the five project locations: Prizren, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Vitia, and Klokot. The activity is also a response to the donors’ initiatives for granting the best-prepared grant seekers. These initiatives of the donors happen very often, and based on the assessment, the majority of job seekers are not skilled to respond, therefore making the training very important.

The preparation of beneficiaries for the training is a separate part that took time. Having in mind that the beneficiaries are of different backgrounds, and not experienced in using the Google Meet platform, it required individual and group approaching to understand how the platform works. With some of them, even a couple of times until everything was clarified.

The training itself has been elaborated in detail and was very interactive, thus highly evaluated by the participants. Based on what is been noticed through the training, the attendees are now very well prepared to represent and implement their own ideas, making them potential competitors for “Your Job” grants too. The next step is the process of certification that will take place soon.
