Trajnim ne Komunikimin e Qasshem

Më 1 dhjetor 2025, në Hotel Sirius, Prishtinë, në kuadër të projektit ACTIVE dhe në bashkërendim me Zyrën e Kryeministrit / Zyrën për Qeverisje të Mirë, u zhvillua një nga aktivitetet e parashikuara në Planin e Veprimit për të Drejtat e Personave me Aftësi të Kufizuara 2025–2027, konkretisht Aktiviteti 2.6 – Organizimi i trajnimeve në gjuhë të thjeshtuar (plain language).

Ky aktivitet synon përmirësimin e qasjes në informacion dhe rritjen e komunikimit të qasshëm për personat me aftësi të kufizuara, në përputhje me objektivat e Strategjisë 2025–2030.

Në aktivitet morën pjesë përfaqësues nga Zyra e Kryeministrit / Zyra për Qeverisje të Mirë, përfaqësues nga Institucioni i Avokatit të Popullit, si dhe përfaqësues nga organizatat e shoqërisë civile dhe organizatat e personave me aftësi të kufizuara. Pjesëmarrja e aktorëve institucionalë dhe shoqërorë mundësoi një proces konsultues dhe gjithëpërfshirës, duke kontribuar në forcimin e mekanizmave për zbatimin dhe monitorimin e politikave që lidhen me të drejtat e personave me aftësi të kufizuara.

Aktiviteti u vlerësua si një hap i rëndësishëm drejt ngritjes së kapaciteteve për komunikim të qasshëm dhe drejt zbatimit efektiv të obligimeve në kuadër të reformave për qeverisje gjithëpërfshirëse. Rezultatet e tij pritet të kontribuojnë drejtpërdrejt në avancimin e objektivave të projektit ACTIVE dhe në përmbushjen e angazhimeve ndaj donatorit.

Training on Accessible Communication

On the 1st of December 2025, at Hotel Sirius in Prishtina, within the framework of the ACTIVE project and in coordination with the Office of the Prime Minister / Office for Good Governance, one of the activities envisaged under the Action Plan on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2025–2027 was implemented—specifically, Activity 2.6: Organizing trainings in plain language.

This activity aims to improve access to information and strengthen accessible communication for persons with disabilities, in line with the objectives of the Strategy 2025–2030.

The event brought together representatives from the Office of the Prime Minister/Office for Good Governance, the Ombudsperson Institution, and members of civil society organizations and organizations of persons with disabilities. The involvement of both institutional and non-institutional stakeholders ensured a consultative and inclusive process, strengthening mechanisms for implementing and monitoring policies related to the rights of persons with disabilities.

The activity was recognized as a key step toward improving capacities for accessible communication and supporting the effective execution of commitments within broader reforms aimed at inclusive governance. The results from this activity are expected to play a direct role in advancing the project’s objectives and meeting the project’s commitments to the donor.
