One success story among many of them by Your Job project of Caritas Kosova is the beginning of a start-up.

Ardian is a 25-year-old young man from the municipality of Gjakova, who has finished high school and who today owns his business which he has always dreamed of.

Ardian, after constant interest and numerous individual counseling meetings at the office in Gjakova, has insisted on the idea of creating a barbershop where, in addition to self-employment, there would be opportunities for other job seekers, in terms of employment.

After competing with other applicants with various ideas to win the grant, after many challenges and training, Ardian manages to win the grant thanks to the project support, his passion for this field and, his persistence in achieving doing business.

Today, Ardian continues to work as a barber in Gjakova, in addition to the work he does himself, he has another employee employed, where they jointly meet the requirements of clients.

During the visits we have had so far, Ardian is extremely pleased with the success he has started to have and never forgets to mention his great gratitude and appreciation for this opportunity by Your Job project, which made his dream come true.

During the interview he said: " There were no job opportunities here for me and I decided to leave Kosovo, but now thanks to Your Job I own a business which has changed my decisions and life”.

He continues to express himself enthusiastically and invite all other unemployed young people to visit the offices of Your Job Kosova and seize the opportunities that open the doors for employment and changing of their future.
