Caritas Kosova sees itself not only as a charitable actor who only undertakes a humanitarian act, but also undertakes actions that cultivate the habit that all people, on an individual level, be charitable, feel and share happiness, and thus peace. Charity on an individual level is more than necessary because charity feels good, strengthens personal values, teaches children about the importance of giving, and encourages the family and the social circle to do the same. Since its existence, supported by many charities and people of good will, Caritas Kosova has helped families in need with food and clothing. Since 2000, supported by Junge Leute Helfen, a voluntary organization from Bavaria, Germany, Caritas Kosova has been providing humanitarian assistance to families in need throughout Kosovo.
