As part of the health care, Caritas Kosova also has a Specialist Ambulance of Family Medicine & Ambulance of Dentistry in Dubrava, Ferizaj. This ambulance operates in the premises of the Social-Educative Centre ‘Caritas Kosova’ and offers free health services for the residents of the Dubrava village. The ambulance is licensed by the Ministry of Health, has professional medical staff and necessary medical equipment and its presence in this locality is of particular importance given the need of the community and the importance of providing health services as close as possible to them. Currently, the Ambulance operates full time and in addition to health services plays a very important role in disseminating information and raising awareness of children who attend the Centre on the importance of prevention and health treatment.
