Supporting minority communities in Kosovo is one of the main commitments of Caritas Kosova working intensively on project development to support the social inclusion of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in Kosovo society, with particular emphasis on improving the social and economic well-being of these communities. Based on the difficult socio-economic, educational and cultural situation of these communities, Caritas Kosova has focused its activity on four main components: Education, Culture, Health and Social Assistance. Despite the intervention to improve the situation of these communities in many areas, by different actors, these communities continue to face major problems, especially unemployment, non-inclusion, segregation, low infrastructure, etc.
